  1. Ordering Goods from Candy Lab Aps

You can order goods from the Candy Lab Aps webshop, jollypop.dk

If you have inquiries about goods not listed on jollypop.dk, you are welcome to contact us by reaching out to our customer service at info@jollypop.dk and we will respond within 2 business days, but we strive to answer all emails within 24 hours on weekdays.

When you shop at jollypop.dk, you agree that we may contact you for the purpose of reviewing purchased products. You must be 18 years or older to shop on jollypop.dk. If you are under 18, you must have consent from your parents.

  1. Receipt

You will automatically receive a receipt via email after completing an order.

  1. Payment

All prices in the jollypop.dk webshop are daily prices, stated in Danish Kroner and include VAT as well as all Danish taxes, customs duties, etc. In the jollypop webshop, payment can be made with debit cards.

The following cards are accepted:
• Dankort
• VISA/Dankort
• VISA/VISA Electron
• Mastercard
• Maestro*

The amount for the goods is only charged when the goods are dispatched from jollypop.dk. A larger amount than what you approved at the time of purchase will never be charged, and we do not charge card fees.

  1. Delivery

Read about delivery and purchase of larger quantities of goods in section 6.1 Delivery is only available within Denmark’s borders and not to the Faroe Islands or Greenland. Your order will be packed as soon as possible after receipt and delivered approximately 1-5 business days after jollypop.dk has received the order. If the order cannot be delivered within 5 business days, you may receive an email or call. Your order will be shipped together as much as possible, but if you have ordered an item that is delivered directly from our supplier, you may receive multiple shipments.

When you shop at jollypop.dk, you have the following options for shipping and delivery:

To parcel shop (DAO/GLS): 49 DKK / Free shipping on purchases over 350 DKK.
To business address (GLS): 39 DKK / Free shipping on purchases over 350 DKK.
To private address (DAO/GLS): 49 DKK / Free shipping on purchases over 350 DKK.

The price for delivery by freight forwarder varies from item to item. You can see the delivery price for each item as well as in the shopping cart. NOTE: For delivery by freight forwarder, your order will be delivered to the curb/street level. jollypop.dk cannot be held responsible for delays with PostNord, GLS, or freight companies or for circumstances beyond Jollypop’s control, including weather conditions, insufficient delivery from third parties, etc., unless otherwise provided by Danish law’s general rules.

  1. Right of Withdrawal and Return

At jollypop.dk, we generally offer a 14-day right of withdrawal regardless of what you purchase from jollypop.dk. You may obtain a longer right of withdrawal from the specific Brand/manufacturer/company, which will also apply.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive your item. If you have ordered multiple different items in one order but they are delivered separately, the period runs from the day you receive the last item.

If you have purchased several items from us, you have the option to return one or more items, even if they were purchased in one order.

Please note that you will not receive a refund of shipping costs if you cancel part of your purchase.

The right of withdrawal can be exercised without specifying any specific reason by sending a notice to us via regular mail or email to info@jollypop.dk. Alternatively, you can use the standard withdrawal form, which you will find at the bottom of the terms and conditions.

Read about the right of withdrawal and return for larger quantities in section 6.1 If you wish to cancel your purchase, this must be communicated in writing to Jollypop within 14 days from the time you received the item, and the items must be returned to the supplier concerned no later than 14 days after the notice of withdrawal has been given. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of returning the package, and you are liable if damage occurs during transportation. We do not accept packages sent COD or without delivery.

You can also refuse to receive or refrain from picking up the package, and it will then be automatically returned to us, after which we will refund the amount to your payment card within 2 weeks. Please note that by choosing this form of withdrawal, you accept the return shipping cost of 49 DKK.

The notice of withdrawal must be an unambiguous statement that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. You must enclose/attach a copy of your invoice.

If you wish to return an item delivered by a freight forwarder, you must contact Customer Service. Read more in section 6.1 below. When returning the goods, you should ensure that they are unused, in original packaging, and properly packed. If the item has lost value due to your use of it in a way other than what was necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item, you will only receive part of the purchase amount back. The amount you can get back depends on the commercial value of the item, and in some cases, it may mean that you can only get back the shipping costs. You are responsible for the goods until we receive them back. Therefore, keep the postal receipt and any tracking number if you send the goods to us.

Right to Complaint

In the event that the item is possibly damaged upon receipt, please contact us as soon as possible via our customer service for further information on how to proceed. A 2-year right to complaint is given in accordance with the Sales of Goods Act. Our right to complaint applies to defects in materials and/or manufacturing. You can have the item repaired, exchanged, receive a refund, or receive a reduction in price, depending on the specific situation.

The complaint does not apply to errors or damages caused by incorrect handling of the product/service. You must make the complaint within a “reasonable time” after you have discovered the defect/error. For business purchases, there is no right to complaint.

jollypop.dk will cover return costs in the case of a complaint by providing a return label sent to your email address. You must then return your order without undue delay.

Where does the right to complaint not apply? The right to complaint does not cover goods for the household’s continuous consumption. For goods that are not for the household’s continuous consumption, please be aware that it is not considered a defect or fault if the error, for example, is due to wear, incorrect use (e.g., contrary to the instructions for use) or external influences (e.g., lightning, drops, impacts, liquid, or moisture). In these cases, you must bear the costs associated with the examination of the product as well as any possible repair.

You must pay the costs of returning the goods yourself. The costs of returning the goods will depend on the specific item. Therefore, you are encouraged to inquire about prices from different shipping providers. When we receive the goods returned, we will check them, and you will be refunded the amount you paid to us for the purchase, including any delivery costs, but with a deduction for any decrease in value. You will receive the money as soon as possible, and no later than 14 days after we have received the goods. Decrease in value means any decrease in the value of the item, for example, due to missing parts or packaging that is due to handling of the item other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item. It is always a condition for a refund that the item has actually been received back, or that you have documented that the item has actually been returned. The refund amount is always transferred to the same payment method used for the purchase. For example, if you paid with a debit card, the purchase amount will be refunded to the debit card you used for the purchase.
